With /ticket remind, you can:

  • ⏰ Send a reminder message to remind the user to take action/answer.

  • Permission Required: Staff
  • Usage:
/ticket remind

Parameters​

💡 When Should You Use This?​

Use /ticket remind when:

  • You want to send a reminder message to the user to take action or provide an answer.
  • You need to check if user still needs help
  • User may have forgotten about the ticket or is taking a long time to respond.
  • User hasn't replied in a specific time.

📌 Example​

/ticket remind

➡️ Szenario 1: Your user has been inactive for over 24 hours, and you want to check if they still need help. Then you can use /ticket remind to send them a friendly reminder message.

📝 Notes​

  • ℹ️ Try to only send reminders when necessary to avoid spamming users with repeated messages.
