About us​

TicketWave Logo TicketWave is a Discord bot that handles support tickets for your server. Instead of having support requests scattered across DMs or a general channel, everything gets organized into neat little tickets that your team can manage together.

It's basically a help desk system built right into Discord. Members hit a button, a ticket opens up, fill out some information through our ticket step system, connect necessary account details like Steam Logo Steam, CFX Logo CFX (FiveM) or GitHub Logo GitHub and you handle it directly from Discord.

How did Ticket Wave start?​

I (Tuncion LogoTuncion) coded a ticket system bot for my own purpose in the past. I can't say it exactly but it need to be around 2020 or 2021. This ticket system was also with a ticket step system and had some basic features. Many people already asked me if they can use it for their own server and I always said "No, it's just for me". They also offered good money but I also declined because I wanted to be unique and I don't care about the money. But after some time I thought it would be a waste if I just let it rot on my server. So I decided to make it public and share it with the world. This Bot where the ticket system was included had after some years the big problem that it depend on a old library (discord.js v12) and it contains a lot of other code.

So I decided to rewrite the whole bot from scratch with a new codebase and the newest library with the newest available features. I also wanted to make it better and add more features to it. And that's how in December 2025 Ticket Wave was born and started the root development. After some months of development (Bot, Website and Docs), testing and bug fixing, we finally launched Ticket Wave in March 2026.

I planed to offer this bot for free forever but because of some costs like hosting I'm forced to add a premium subscription to cover the costs. But I also wanted to make sure that everyone can use the bot and that's why the free version is still powerful. I took the lowest/fairest price I could calculate for a subscription (4.99€ per month).

At this point I want to thank everyone who is using Ticket Wave and giving me feedback. You are the reason why I'm doing this and I'm really grateful for that. This is not just a project for me, it's a passion and I'm really happy that I can share it with you. I hope you will love using Ticket Wave as much as I loved creating it. I use Ticket Wave personally for my own discord servers and hope that it will help you as much as it helps me ♥️

What can you expect in the future?​

We are really excited to see how the community will use it and what kind of feedback we will get. We are always open for suggestions and feedback, so feel free to reach out.

Every support is individual and every server has different needs. That's why we want to make sure that we listen to the community and add features that are requested by the users. We also want to make sure that we keep the bot up to date with the latest Discord features and changes.
