✨ Overview

With /ticket add, you can:

  • ➕ Add user or roles to an existing ticket.

🧾 Command Details

  • Type: Slash Command
  • Permission Required: Staff
  • Usage:
/ticket add

Parameters

💡 When Should You Use This?

Use /ticket add when:

  • You need another user or role to assist in an existing ticket.

  • ℹ️ Please note that too much user in one ticket can cause organization issues. We recommend adding only necessary users or roles to a ticket to maintain clarity and efficiency in ticket management.
