Ticket Add Command
✨ Overview
With /ticket add, you can:
- ➕ Add user or roles to an existing ticket.

- Type: Slash Command
- Permission Required: Staff
- Usage:
/ticket add
Parameters

💡 When Should You Use This?
Use /ticket add when:
- You need another user or role to assist in an existing ticket.

➡️ Szenario 1: Your user said that another user has more knowledge about the issue and can help, so you want to add them to the ticket:
➡️ Szenario 2: You want to add a role that has access to the ticket, so all members with that role can assist in the ticket:

- ℹ️ Please note that too much user in one ticket can cause organization issues. We recommend adding only necessary users or roles to a ticket to maintain clarity and efficiency in ticket management.
