Learn more about TicketWave's dashboard and how to use it.
Dashboard Overview
TicketWave offers a powerful and intuitive dashboard to manage your support tickets, customize settings, and access various features. This page provides an overview of the dashboard's main sections and functionalities.
What is a dashboard?
The dashboard is a web-based interface that allows you to interact with TicketWave in realtime without needing to use Discord commands. It provides a centralized location for managing your tickets, configuring settings, and accessing analytics.
Why you don't just use commands?
Discord offers nowadays a lot of features that can be used. However, we think we only could provide the best experience by offering a dashboard. It allows us to provide a more user-friendly interface and the possibility to customize/adjust the bot to your needs. We also want to provide a more visual experience, with graphs and charts to help you understand your ticket data better.
