Ticket Unclaim Command

The /ticket unclaim command removes your claim on a ticket, signaling to your team that it's available for someone else to pick up.

Usage

/ticket unclaim

No parameters required.

When to Use This

Use /ticket unclaim when:

• You can no longer handle the ticket and want to make it available for another staff member
• The ticket falls outside your area of responsibility
• You claimed a ticket by mistake

Example

You claimed a ticket earlier but need to hand it off — running /ticket unclaim removes your assignment and makes the ticket available again for the rest of your team.

Notes

• Claiming and unclaiming can be disabled globally from the Dashboard under Settings.
