/ticket add
Add a user or role to an existing ticket channel.
Ticket Add Command

The /ticket add command grants a user or role access to an existing ticket channel. This is useful when you need additional help on a ticket or want to involve another team member.
Usage
/ticket addParameters

At least one of user or role must be specified.

- Adding too many users to one ticket can make communication harder to follow. Add only the people who are actually needed.
