Help Command
The /help command displays an overview of all commands available to you in TicketWave. Commands are grouped by category (General, Ticket, Admin) to make it easy to find what you need.
Usage
/helpNo parameters required. Just run the command and you'll get a complete list of available commands.
What You'll See
When you run /help, the bot responds with an embed message showing:
- All commands we offer
- Commands grouped by category
- A short description of what each command does
The command list is not personalized based on your permissions. So you could see commands that you don't have access to.
When to Use This
Use /help when you:
- Want to explore what TicketWave can do
- Need a quick reminder of a specific command
- Are looking for a command but aren't sure what it's called
Example
Running /help in any channel where TicketWave has access will show you the full command list. From there, you can find the specific command you need and run it.
You can use /help in any channel where the bot can read and respond to messages.
