The store is maintained by us. Prices, rewards and availability can change over time โ /user store always shows what is currently offered, and your purchase history keeps the price you actually paid.
How to Redeem a Reward
Open the store
Run /user store in a server that has TicketWave. The answer is only visible to you.
Check the confirmation
TicketWave shows exactly what will happen before anything is charged:
- The reward and its description
- ๐ช Price
- ๐ฐ Your Balance โ now and after the purchase
- ๐ Target Server โ only for premium rewards, including the current premium status
If a reward cannot be redeemed right now, the reason is written into the embed and the Redeem now button is disabled. Nothing is charged.
Redeem
Click โ Redeem now. The reward is granted immediately and you land back on the store screen with your new balance.
Your Purchase History
The ๐ My Purchases button lists your last 10 redeemed rewards with the price you paid and the date. Premium purchases also show the server they were redeemed for.
The price in your history is a snapshot. If a reward gets cheaper or more expensive later, your history still shows what it cost you back then.
Why a Purchase Can Be Blocked

| This reward is currently not available. | The reward is disabled at the moment |
| This reward has to be redeemed on a server. | Premium rewards need a target server |
| This server already has an active premium subscription. | The server has a paid subscription โ see Premium through Voting |
| Your coin boost is still running. | Wait until the current boost ends |
| You already own the maximum amount of streak shields. | You hold 3 unused shields already |
You need the Manage Server permission to redeem this reward for this server. | Premium rewards may only be redeemed by someone who manages the server |
| Your last purchase is still being processed. | Two purchases at the same time are blocked โ try again in a moment |
If a reward is charged but cannot be granted for a technical reason, your Vote Coins are refunded automatically. You never lose coins for a failed purchase.
Tips
- Save for the 30 day premium if you want the best value per coin.
- Buy the โก Coin Boost before a weekend where you know you will vote on every list.
- Keep one ๐ก๏ธ Streak Shield in stock at all times โ it costs less than losing a long streak.
- The ๐ Mystery Box costs 250 coins and pays between 50 and 750. It is a gamble, not an investment.
