Premium through Voting
TicketWave premium normally costs money. With the Vote Store it also costs nothing but a few seconds a day — you vote, you earn Vote Coins, and you turn those coins into premium for a server of your choice.
Vote premium unlocks the exact same features as a paid subscription. There is no reduced "vote edition".

With 100–120 coins per vote, a single vote per day gets you a day of premium roughly every three days — and the longer packages get cheaper per day.

Requirements
Before you can redeem premium for a server:
- You need enough Vote Coins
- You must run
/user storein the server that should receive the premium - You need the Manage Server permission in that server
- The server must not have a paid (Stripe) subscription running
If the server already has a paid subscription, the purchase is blocked with "This server already has an active premium subscription." — we never touch a running Stripe subscription.
Redeem Premium
Go to the right server
Premium is always redeemed for the server where you run the command. Open Discord and go to the server that should get premium.
Open the store
/user store
Check the target server
The confirmation embed shows a 🏠 Target Server field with the server name and its current premium status.
Read this field before you confirm. The coins are spent for this server — there is no way to move an activated premium to another server.
Redeem
Click ✅ Redeem now. Premium is active instantly:

Stacking and Extending
Vote premium adds up. If the server already has vote premium running, a new purchase is added on top of the remaining time instead of replacing it.

→ New expiry: 11 days from nowSeveral people can chip in for the same server. Every redeemed package extends the same expiry date, so a whole community can keep a server premium together.
What Happens When It Expires
TicketWave checks all vote premiums regularly. When the expiry date passes, the server drops back to the free plan automatically.
Nothing is deleted. Your categories, steps, log channels and branding stay stored — they simply stop being applied while the limits of the free plan are active. Redeem premium again and everything works exactly as before.

Where You Can See It
In the server dashboard
The Premium page of the server shows the plan as Vote Premium with the note "Unlocked with vote coins" instead of a price. The billing portal section is hidden, because there is nothing to bill.
In your profile
Your profile page lists the server as a subscription card labelled Premium via Vote — without a price, and with the date it runs out.
In the store
Redeemed premium shows up in 📜 My Purchases together with the server it was redeemed for.
