List all tickets associated with a user via the right-click context menu.
Ticket List
The Ticket List action lists all tickets associated with a user directly from the Discord context menu.
Usage
- Right-click on the user you want to view tickets for
- Select Apps > Ticket List
When to Use This
Use this action when:
- You want to view all tickets associated with a specific user
- You need to quickly access a user's ticket history for moderation or support purposes
Example
A user opens a ticket and you want to see if they have any previous tickets. After right-clicking their name and selecting Ticket List, a ephemeral message appears displaying all tickets associated with that user:
This message is only visible to you and will disappear. You could request the ticket list again if you need to view it later.
